Daily Skincare Routine For The Face

Skincare parfaitvisage GHC
Over the years your skin gets exposed to many elements including  sun, wind pollutants. Therefore it is important to get into a daily skincare routine to look after it.

Well, very simply, a facial skin care routine can follow the following 4 steps:

* Cleansing
* Toning
* Exfoliating
* Moisturising
1. Cleansing:
This is the first step and helps in removing dust, pollutants, grease and extra oil from your skin, thereby preventing damage to your skin. Just spot your face and neck with a good cleansing lotion or cream and gently massage it into your skin using circular strokes. Use a clean cloth like a flannel or cotton wool to wipe your face in a gentle patting fashion. Do not rub. Cleansing should be done at least twice a day, once in morning and once in the evening.

2. Toning:
This is the next in a facial skin care routine however it is optional. If you cleanse your face carefully then that is all you really need. But toning helps remove all traces of dirt, grease and excess cleanser. Instead of making it part of your daily facial skin care routine, you can using toning occasionally especially if you have been exposed to particularly harsh environment or pollution.

3. Exfoliation: This is also an optional step for your daily routine but is a good idea to do at least once or twice a week, depending on the skin type and the environmental conditions. The skin replenishes it’s cells every 3 or 4 weeks. Exfoliation helps remove the dead cells that block pore, thus assisting the skin in its natural process.  However, excessive or harsh exfoliation can cause damage to your skin; so you need to balance it out.

4. Moisturizing: The next thing in facial skin care is moisturising. In fact, moisturising is the most important part of facial skin care routine. Moisturisers prevent your skin from getting dry. Dry skin is really undesirable since it can cause the upper layer skin to break, leading to dead skin cells. To apply, use light upward and outwards strokes Moisturisers work the best when applied on warm and damp skin. So do not try to remove all the moisture in the previous steps of facial skin care routine.
As you age your skin has a tendency to get more wrinkles, uneven skin, sagging skin and more. So different moisturizer may be of benefit depending on the problem. Sometimes extra moisturising products can be used to add extra moistuzing qualities or to target specific areas like wrinkles or sagging skin. These can in the form of serums and creams and can be applied before the main moistizers.
There can also be different formulations for day, night and the eye area. Day creams often have sunscreen added to them And the skin around the eye is more sensitive than the rest of the face, sotherefore requires a different formulation. You can dab little spots of eye cream around the top and bottom of the eye gently.
You can apply makeup after the moisturisers.
As well as the normal facial skincare routine it is important to do the following:
Besides the normal facial skin care routine, you should also exercise the following for facial skin care:
1. Use proper make-up remover instead of just washing your makeup away with water.
2. Choose a skincare regime dependant on environment, age and what specific areas you want to target like fine lines, deep wrinkles, sagging skin and more.
3. Test products on you ear lobes first to see if you can cope with the skincare products you want.
4. When applying the products, never rub your skin too hard.

5. If the moisturizers don’t have any sunscreen then you may have to add some to protect your skin during the day.

So if you haven’t got any skincare products you can get some here or here.

Stimulate The Mind With Games

Games are great fun. And many a game gets played whilst on holiday. All great for Stimulating the Mind.
Subjects, Racing Patients and 500 were hot favourites with my family while I was growing up.
How Do You To Play These:
Subjects:
1. Everyone gets a piece of paper and a pen/pencil.
2. Then they write list of topics like:
Boys Name
Girls Name
Country
Song
Movie etc
...until you have a good sized list.
3. Then someone picks a letter. They open up a book, open up a page, they turn away and then place finger on a word.The letter their finger covering is the chosen letter.
4. Then you have to write down a word related to the topic starting with that letter.
5. After a certain time everyone stops writing and the list is marked.
Each topic is read out and everyone says what they have. If someone else has your word then this is crossed off. You get a mark for each unique word.
6.The winner is the person with the highest score.

Racing Patients:
This is a card game.
1. Everyone gets a pack of cards.
2. Someone yells out "Go"
3. Everyone puts a pile of 13 cards to one side and turns the top card over. And then they place 4 cards next to this pile face up.
4. You build up Ace to King in each suit, in the middle of the table.
To do this each player :
~ places Aces out first on the table, then 2,3,4,5 etc.
~ builds cards down from the 4 separate cards in numerical order of numbers going down eg 9,8,7,6 etc and it must be built red suit, black suit etcor black,red etc.
~ turns over 3 cards at a time from the remaining cards in their hands and plays the shown card out to the middle or onto the cards faceup on the table.
~ fills up any gaps from the faceup cards with either a card from the set of 13 cards or from the remaining cards in their hands.
5. When the first person gets rid of all their pile of 13 cards, the game is over.
6. Everyone else then counts up how many cards they have left in their pile of 13 and double it.
7. The cards are sorted out in the middle of the table.
8. Everyone then subtracts the number they got from 6. and counts any remaining cards. This is their score.The winner of course does not have any to subtract out.
9. The score is written down and it could be a negative number.
You play as many rounds as you like and add up the score of allthe rounds for the overall winner.

500
This is a card game,with  instructions too long to put here.
But it is a great game for 2 to 6 players. The most common version being for 4 players.
